About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves, learn new skills, and take ownership of their work. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a hands-on environment, wants to continuously improve their performance, and is passionate about helping the company succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to operate a variety of printing, stamping, and production machines (full training provided)

• Take initiative to ensure each project is completed on time and meets our high quality standards

• Proactively check for quality and accuracy during production

• Keep equipment and workspace clean, organized, and safe

• Support teammates and step in where needed to keep work moving smoothly

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and your own skills

• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring the customer’s satisfaction

• Eager to learn new processes and equipment

• Able to work well in a team and communicate openly

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Production experience running printing and stamping equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
