We do not accept Artificial Intelligence images.
Raster images are made up of a grid of pixels. This is great for photographs or highly detailed artwork. Raster Images are not great for scaling if not sized properly. If you scale a small image, you will lose out on the detail and quality of the image. It is recommended that the resolution is at least 300 pixels per inch.Vector images are made from mathematical paths that are ideal for drawings or computer-generated images. Vector images can be scaled to any size without losing any quality. What is full bleed printing? Full bleed printing is when your print extends to the edge of the material. There is no extra charge for full bleed printing. You can also print to have a white border outlining the printing area. For products that you want a full bleed printed on, you will need what is called a bleed. We require a 1/8” (.125”) bleed surrounding the cut line.
All of our clear vinyl is printed with a white layer behind the design to preserve opacity. Because of this white ink layer, we cannot create semi-transparent artwork or gradients on clear vinyl.
If your artwork is in raster format, then there is no need to outline your fonts. If your artwork is in vector format or has vector text on top of a raster image, then it's important to outline your fonts.
We have a flat rate of $100 per hour to design anything for you. If you have a print ready file, there is no design charge.
Yes, we can color match for a $25 fee.Please note that due to variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different in print than they do on screen.
Yes. All new orders will get a proof and will not be made until the proof is approved. If you are reordering a previous item, we will not send a proof unless requested.
If there's a quality problem with your order, contact us and we will replace any defective units for free.
