What You’ll Do
- Learn to operate a variety of printing, stamping, and production machines (full training provided)
- Take initiative to ensure each project is completed on time and meets our high quality standards
- Proactively check for quality and accuracy during production
- Keep equipment and workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Support teammates and step in where needed to keep work moving smoothly
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and your own skills
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring the customer’s satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and able to stay focused without constant supervision
- Committed to doing your best work and helping the company succeed
- Eager to learn new processes and equipment
- Able to work well in a team and communicate openly
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
